Flat Fee - A La Carte Representation

In some cases, a limited scope representation will be more appropriate and cost effective for a client.  Most commonly, a limtied scope representation will be appropiate when a client needs assitance with a singular motion, mediation, arbitration, or consultation.  The flat fee may vary slightly depending upon the complexity and extent of the issues. 

 

Below is a list of the most common types of limited scope representation offered under a flat fee arrangement:

 

Temporary Order Hearings Regarding Children: spousal support, parenting plan and child support ($2,500)

 

Temporary Order Hearings Without Children: spousal support, use of property, payment of debts ($1,500)

 

Adjustment to Child Support ($1,500)

 

Mediation: including all preparation of proposed pleadings/settlement agreement, mediation memorandum, and attendance at mediation ($2,000)

 

Arbitration ($1,500 to $2,500)

 

Contempt Actions ($1,500 to $2,500)

 

Enforcement Actions ($1,500 to $2,500)

 

Initial Informational 60-Minute Consultation: offered either in-person or via video call ($100)

 

Instructional 90-Minute Consultation: offered either in-person or via video call ($295)

 

Uncontested Conversion of Legal Separation to Dissolution ($600)
